3. User Responsibilities

  • Do not upload unlawful or harmful content
  • Do not attempt to abuse or bypass usage limits

4. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before use.

5. Plans & Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via Settings. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

ATS Job Match is provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
